Remote Support
US Business Systems is excited to announce the launch of our new Remote Support service for our network connected copiers and printers. Remote Support is available Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 4:30pm. To use our Remote Support service, simply follow the steps below.
| Step 1: | Call 1-800-291-2561 (or 574-264-3065 if you are in the Elkhart area) and ask to speak to a member of our IT Support Team. The IT Support Team member will ask you a few questions and provide you with a service ticket. In the boxes below, Enter your name, phone number, machine ID number and the service ticket and click the Click Here button to begin the remote support session. | |
| Step 2: | You will be prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in | |
| Step 3: | With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard. You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time. | |
