Remote support is available Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 4:30pm. To use our remote support service, simply follow the steps below and click on the link at the bottom of this page. You will be passed through to our remote support portal where a helpdesk technician can assist you.
| Step 1: | Call 1-800-291-2561 (or 574-264-3065 if you are in the Elkhart area) and ask to speak to a member of the help desk team. | |
| Step 2: | Our support technician will provide you with a key to enter in the appropriate area of the web support portal. | |
| Step 3: | With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard. You are in full control of your computer at all times, you will always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time. After your session has ended the plug-in will be automatically removed from your PC. | |
